Drew Johnson was on the show October 2nd and said the following about the Randy Camp/Dolores Gresham race in the 26th senate district. Do you hear an endorsement in here at all?
The Chairman of the Tennessee Democratic Party apparently isn’t very busy, and wrote a letter to Drew about his “endorsement” for Dolores Gresham:
I heard you’ve been working hard on rural talk radio in this election cycle touting Dolores Gresham for State Senate. It seemed odd since your “free-market think tank” bills itself as nonpartisan. And, of course, political activity for tax-exempt groups like yours is a no-no under IRS rules.
If we’re nothing but a “rural talk radio” show (That reaches 21 counties on four different stations), why does it matter what Drew said on the air. Nothin’ but a bunch a farmers listenin’ anyway.
