How is that possible?! Thanks to John Harvey, former Sheriff’s Deputy, and Mike Fleming, afternoons at WREC in Memphis, for talking with us this morning and telling us about some of the worst “Thugs of The Week.” in order to be a “Thug of the Week” you have to be arrested more than 100 times. You’d think that would severely narrow down the pool of contestants! Unfortunately, it doesn’t. Right now there are enough thugs of the week for 2 years, and the list keeps growing.
