I introduce to you, the “Don’t Let The Bed Bugs Bite Act of 2008.” Woo-hoo! FINALLY! I’ve been waiting for the House to get to work on this issue. They’re just checking stuff off the list. First honoring soil, then declaring July National Watermelon Month because “whereas watermelon has been a nutritious summer favorite from generation to generation” I’m glad they finally got around to controlling the bed bug population in-wait, 50 MILLION DOLLARS?! This is going to cost us $50 MILLION! Blow my brains out.
